Multi-disciplinary BIM-based engineering services are our core skills primary principles of the quality, time and budget.

We are focused on the international market and work with real estate development companies - general contractors, specialty contractors, architecture firms, engineering firms.

We provide a full range of design services for residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional and industrial buildings.

The geography of our projects covers the United States and Europe.

Our engineers are certified (licensed) - we have qualification certificates for the class of consequences (СС1, СС2), professional indemnity insurance, and regularly improve our qualifications in accordance with the law.

We have bank account in United States of America, European Union and Ukraine.

All projects of industrial and civil buildings are created independently within the company using BIM technologies.

We create a digital BIM model, Digital twin of the building that is shared with all design consultants - Architects, Structural and MEP engineers. The model can be explored across its lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and operations. The model is also used to create drawings and documents in various stages.

PROJECT AUDIT AND OPTIMIZATION

1. Detection and resolve clashes, issues in drawings across disciplines (RFIs and Submittals).
2. Structural solution robotic verification service allows to solve the problem of inflated construction costs, thereby increasing developer's profit.
3. At the output there is a report on the volume and money, a detailed report with a list of all technical solutions and 2 BIM-models (before-after). Customer savings on CMP design can be more than 15%.
